Stayed at this campsite quite alot and is ideal for all the Langdale Pikes, and rock climbing. Although I have to say that this is not the place to stay on a bank Holiday weekend unless you like noise and being kept awake until the early hours by drunks coming back and tripping over your tent.
Midweek camping here is great though.

Just back from another stay at Great Langdale. Can't fault it (can't blame them for the weather!!).
All facilities spotless and first class. Water piping hot.
Scenery has to be experienced.
